In the state of Ohio, Telemarketers can only call between the hours of 8am to 9pm. Additionally, no Telemarketer call is valid until the Telemarketer receives a signed written confirmation by the individual whom they are attempting to call. Lastly, Telemarketers are required by law to provide their name, their company’s name and purpose for calling within the first 60 seconds.
